The constant pictures and videos of McDonald’s food in the documentary really just makes me hungry for that food. I noticed that a lot of people felt this way, people who probably did not feel threatened by the problems shown in the movie. I don’t eat fast food everyday, so I found it easy to ignore the negative points being made in the film. All I got was the equivalent of feature length McDonald’s commercial.

I have not eaten McDonald's in years, and this film insures my McDonald's free diet. What really appeals to many in this film is the logos strategy. We get a first hand account of what eating McDonald's constantly can do to you. We see all of the negative health consequences, both physical and mental that occur because of this fast food. I must admit that seeing the food makes me want to have a hamburger and fries, but instead of buying food from McDonald's, I would purchase it from a more legitimate and healthy restaurant.

After watching this movie I feel ashamed of america being the fattest country, and more so, Texas being the most obese state in the FATTEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. As embarrassed as this made me feel, I began to sympathize realizing how much more expensive healthy food actually is. What's wrong with our country when we see the ability to eat healthily as a cosmetic leisure which we have to pay extra for.

The directors use of emotion, and showing ppl that get fat from eating mcdonalds, made me not want to eat there. He also provides concrete evidence about what will happen if you eat too much Mcdonalds.

Honestly, after watching that movie, I have not been to McDonald's since. What was in the movie was very disgusting, especially about the nuggets. This just go to prove that cheapness gets you bad quality, it is very embarrassing that Houston is one of the fattest cities, especially because it is in Texas where we are. All of the logos and pathos at end is what made me start thinking this way. No more McDonald's for me.

Honestly it didnt change a bit because i've been there like 5 times since the movie and i dont weigh more and im still healthy. Of course if you just eat McDonald's for 30 days straight and dont exercise your going to gain weight...im an athelete so i work out everyday...It didn't change any of my views on Mcdonald's except for when he vomited im thought that was just gross!

McDonald's is McDonald's good, tasty, and cure your hunger lol....NOthing has changed since the movie i think it was kind of dumb because someone that is going to eat the same thing 3 times a day for a month with out working out is clearly going to gain weight it is common sense. I have been eating Mickey D's for the longest and still have been able to keep my athletic ability. So this movie didn't change my mind a bit.

After watching super size me for the first time it really opened my eyes to a new world of unhealthiness. It is often overlooked yet one of the biggest epidemics in America. Super Size Me did a great job in presenting the devastating effects of what a majority of our country are suffering from.

This movie had a lot of concrete examples that you can not ignore. The logos is undeniable. It uncovers McDonald's as being the enemy of America instead of its dream. It used pathos to make us feel betrayed because the food they are feeding us is not good for us and they never tell you that in its happy commercials. The movie didn't effect me enough to never go there again because I don't see me going there once in a while a problem. The case shown in the film was a bit more extreme than the average American who eats there so it is hard to see the connection to us.But for sure I will never order the fries again.

even though the fries dont breakdown thats still the only thing i like at mcdonalds!!! but after watching this movie i dont think that america should blame obesity on mcdonalds. the people that go to mcdonalds and eat their food know what they doing. people should take responsibility for what they choose to do.
