In my opinion, this cartoon is saying that the fiscal health plan will in the long run kill America. As far as healthcare goes, it's really hard to say whether there will ever be a plan that everyone's happy with, especially when the country is in debt.

lol..yeah the health plan has definitely gone downhill.It's dead(like in the cartton). I don't want to blame Obama though..but it's somebody's fault.
