What is this news report satirizing? How do they get their point across? Do you think that this is a valid point they are trying to make?

This news report is satirizing how, even in different countries all news reports have the same format. They get their point across by making a news report, but instead of news, they put in filler about what would be there. The point they are trying to get across is very valid, this report was from a British TV network, but it exactly the same as one from here in America, showing just how all TV news reports are similar.
